For airport arrivals, your chauffeur meets you at the location on the confirmation. Ride-app pickup at CLT is on the Departures level, upper inner lanes, Zones 1-3. Groups that need more than four seats can request a Sprinter within the 12/12 planning limit.
Honest limits
We are not the right choice if you want a traditional stretch limousine or a party bus. A short one-way transfer is still available; it does not require a three-hour minimum. Last-minute requests are handled when capacity allows. Ask for flight tracking when you provide a flight number; wait terms follow the quote. Event traffic around Bank of America Stadium or Spectrum Center can still affect timing.
