Sprinter van service moves groups in a high-roof van with luggage room. Planning capacity is up to 12 people and 12 bags, subject to the assigned configuration and luggage sizes. Larger groups need a coordinated quote. This is a private Mercedes-Benz van, not the CATS Sprinter public bus.
Corporate teams, wedding parties, convention groups and airport arrivals with multiple bags use Sprinters. Convention attendees often travel between CLT and the Charlotte Convention Center. Sports groups use them for Bank of America Stadium and Spectrum Center. Confirm seating layout, luggage and any requested amenities on the assigned vehicle.
Hourly Sprinter service is estimated at $240 per hour with a three-hour minimum, so a three-hour estimate is $720. A one-way group transfer is quoted from the itinerary and does not inherit that minimum.

Curb and garage planning
A high-roof van is taller than many parking-deck clearances. Plan on a hotel porte-cochere, a loading dock or a surface lot rather than a low garage, and pass along any instruction you have from the building. At venues, name the gate or lot. Post-event traffic can be slow to clear, so an hourly booking that keeps the van staged nearby is often easier than a separate return transfer.
One Sprinter or two SUVs?
One Sprinter keeps a group together and needs one curb stop. Two First Class SUVs can suit a group that splits up during the day or has to reach two addresses at the same time.
