3. Booking and Reservations

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability
Accurate pickup location, time, and contact information is required
You must be at least 18 years old to book our services
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, change, wait and refund terms are stated on the written quote for your reservation. Those terms can vary by vehicle class and travel date. Review them before you confirm. Contact us to modify or cancel a reservation.

5. Payment Terms

Payment timing and accepted methods follow the confirmed reservation and written quote. Quoted prices include chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees. Tolls, parking, airport fees and other extras are confirmed on that quote.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers agree to:

Follow the chauffeur’s reasonable safety instructions
Do not smoke or vape in vehicles
Do not damage or soil the vehicle
Treat the chauffeur with respect

7. Liability and property

Transportation is performed by the assigned affiliate operator. Insurance, delay and personal-property terms follow the written quote and that operator's coverage. Ask dispatch if you need certificates of insurance for a corporate account.

8. Insurance

Transportation is performed by vetted affiliate operators who hold the commercial licensing and insurance required in their operating jurisdictions. Certificates of insurance are available upon request from the operating carrier.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
