Airport transfers are reserved, point-to-point rides between Charlotte Douglas International Airport or Concord-Padgett Regional Airport and a hotel, office or residence. Dispatch arranges the trip through vetted local operators. Include the flight number, passenger and bag counts and the exact entrance. A delayed landing stays a transfer unless you book hourly because you want the car held.

CLT is the primary commercial airport west of Uptown. JQF in Concord has a commercial airline terminal at 7435 Zephyr Place NW and separate FBO arrivals for private aircraft. See CLT and JQF. How airport transfer pricing works

One-way transfers are written from your pickup, destination, vehicle, date and any agreed stops. They do not inherit the hourly three-hour minimum. Hourly charter, when you want the car held, is estimated at $120 / $150 / $230 / $240 per hour, with three-hour totals of $360 / $450 / $690 / $720. Include the airline and flight number on the reservation so dispatch can request tracking. Wait coverage follows the quote. Same-day coverage depends on vehicle availability.

How a Charlotte airport transfer runs

  1. Request. Send the airline and flight number, the arrival or departure time, how many people are travelling, how many bags, and the exact entrance at the other end: a hotel porte-cochere, an office lobby or a house number with any gate code.
  2. Quote. Dispatch replies with a written price for the vehicle class. The quote already carries chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees, and it states the wait and cancellation terms for that reservation.
  3. Confirmation. The confirmation lists the meeting location, a vehicle description and a chauffeur contact. Keep it open on your phone when you land.
  4. Pickup. Curbside pickup is the default. Meet-and-greet with a name sign is available at Charlotte Douglas on request, and at Concord-Padgett when it fits the arrival type.
  5. Drop-off. The chauffeur drives to the entrance you named and handles the bags to the door.

Flying out of CLT

For a departure, work backward from the time your airline wants you at the counter, then add road time. The drive from Uptown is often 15 to 25 minutes, from Ballantyne 30 to 45 and from the Lake Norman towns 35 to 50. Weekday peaks on I-77, I-85 and I-485 stretch all of those. Mention oversized bags, golf clubs or sample cases on the request so the right class is assigned before the morning of the flight.

Do you track my commercial flight?

Ask for tracking and include the airline and flight number. Wait time and delay coverage follow the quote. A delay does not automatically convert a transfer into hourly charter.

Can I book a return from the hotel to CLT?

Yes. Quote the return as its own transfer, or book hourly if the vehicle should wait. The two legs are not assumed to be the same price.

Do you serve Concord-Padgett as well as CLT?

Yes. Tell us whether the JQF arrival is a scheduled airline or a private aircraft so the chauffeur meets the commercial terminal or the confirmed FBO.

Is meet-and-greet available at CLT?

Yes, on request. The chauffeur meets you with a name sign at the location listed on your confirmation. Curbside pickup is also available.

Which vehicle should I book if I have golf clubs?
