Which airport are you using?
Most commercial flights into the region land at Charlotte Douglas International (CLT), west of Uptown. Concord-Padgett Regional (JQF) in Concord handles a smaller number of airline flights plus private and charter aviation, and it sits closer to Charlotte Motor Speedway and Concord Mills. Both are served with the same reservation process, but the pickup details differ.
Pickup at a glance
- CLT: one terminal connecting five concourses. Curbside pickup is standard and meet-and-greet with a name sign is available on request. Follow the meeting location on your confirmation; CLT's ride-app, parking-shuttle and hotel-van stops are different.
- JQF, airline: the commercial terminal, with 7435 Zephyr Place NW as the published airline-terminal address.
- JQF, private or charter: the FBO for your flight, confirmed with its name, tail number and arrival time before pickup.
What to send for any airport trip
- Airline and flight number, or FBO and tail number.
- Passenger and bag count, including golf clubs, cases and car seats requested.
- Exact destination entrance and whether you need a return.
Airport runs are one-way transfers quoted from your addresses; there is no hourly minimum. If you want the car held after landing, hourly charter applies.
