Charlotte Convention Center shuttles
Convention center shuttles are scheduled loops between the Charlotte Convention Center, hotels, CLT or off-site dinners. Dispatch arranges the runs through vetted local affiliate operators. Vehicles range from sedans and SUVs for VIP routes to Sprinters for larger groups. Minibus requests need a coordinated quote.
Meeting planners use the service for conferences on the College Street and Brooklyn Village Avenue campus. Brooklyn Village Avenue replaced Stonewall Street in June 2022. The NASCAR Hall of Fame sits next to the center. Nearby hotels include the Hilton Charlotte Center City, the Westin Charlotte, the Omni Charlotte and the Hyatt House. The project architect describes an overstreet pedestrian walkway to the Westin Charlotte; confirm whether that connection is open for your event dates.
Fall and spring still bring large trade shows. Off-site dinners in South End and NoDa also generate shuttle loops.
Hourly charter is estimated at $120 / $150 / $230 / $240 with a three-hour minimum. The Sprinter three-hour estimate is $710. Airport-to-center runs are written transfer quotes. Groups plan around 12 passengers and 12 bags per Sprinter, subject to configuration.
