How Charlotte trips are booked

What changes from one service to the next is how the trip is priced and what needs to be on the reservation.

Transfer or hourly

A transfer is a one-way ride from one address to another. It is quoted from the pickup, destination, vehicle, date and any agreed stops, and it has no hourly minimum. Hourly charter keeps the car and chauffeur with you for a reserved block, with waiting included and a three-hour minimum. Airport runs and most intercity trips are transfers; meeting days, weddings, events and shuttle loops are usually hourly.

What every reservation includes

  • A written price that already carries chauffeur gratuity and applicable service and card fees.
  • Wait and cancellation terms for that trip, stated on the quote.
  • A confirmation with the meeting location, vehicle description and chauffeur contact.
