Medical center transportation is non-emergency car service for patients, families and healthcare professionals traveling to Charlotte hospitals and clinics. Dispatch arranges rides through vetted local chauffeurs. We serve Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center on Blythe Boulevard, Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center on Hawthorne Lane and surrounding medical offices. Vehicles include sedans and SUVs. This is not ambulance, wheelchair-van or clinical care.
Tell us about mobility needs when you book. We confirm whether an accessible vehicle is available for that date. Standard sedans cannot transport an occupied wheelchair. Do not treat this page as a guaranteed wheelchair-accessible van service.

What a medical-day booking looks like
- A morning pickup at a hotel or home, with the clinic building and entrance named on the reservation.
- Either a one-way transfer, with the return quoted separately, or an hourly block when the appointment length is predictable and you want the car close by.
- A return to the hotel, home or CLT.
Hospital campuses
Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center sits off Blythe Boulevard between Dilworth and Myers Park, and Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center is on Hawthorne Lane in Elizabeth. Both campuses have several buildings and entrances, so give the building name or the department's drop-off door rather than the hospital name alone. The chauffeur uses the entrance you name where stopping is allowed.
Access needs
Tell dispatch about walkers, folding wheelchairs or other mobility needs when you book so a suitable vehicle can be confirmed for the date. A First Class SUV sits higher than a sedan, which some passengers find harder and others find easier; say which you prefer. This is private ground transportation only: it is not medical transport and no clinical care is provided.
